Summer may not have brought the best weather this year, but it never disappoints with what is available for breakfast. I invite all women entrepreneurs to start every day with a positive attitude and a bowl of fresh fruit.
Why does what you eat for breakfast impact the rest of the day? Because when you feel good every thing you do becomes easier and more enjoyable.

These compounds have potent anti-oxidant properties, remove free radicals from the body, and thus offer protection against cancers, aging, infections, etc. These pigments tend to concentrate just underneath the skin.

Fruit’s health benefiting properties are because of their richness in vitamins, minerals, micro-nutrients, anti-oxidants, which helps the body prevent or at least prolong the natural changes of aging by protecting and rejuvenating cells, tissues and organs. And, there is no longer any controversy as to why Americans are more overweight than ever in our history - the culprit is SUGAR!
The old adage sweets for the sweet can equally be applied to fresh fruit. Doesn't everyone love a Edible Fruit arrangement? I don't get anything for suggesting that you use this as your gift of choice to customers or vendors. They will thank you for it as will their families because eating fruit adds years to one's life.
So, if I haven't lost you already with my diatribe about eating healthy, please consider adding one new fruit to your life each month. Try fruits of different colors and textures together. Try fruits pureed with fruit juice, soy or almond milk. Try adding fruit to your salad for a natural sweetness and stay away from the light dressings with all the sugar added.
