It's back to basics learning how to manage your money. Investment in lemons, sugar, cups and ice reaps revenues in sales. You need to cover your expenses if you want to turn a profit and you must remember to charge for your time if you eventually want to hire someone to take over the business for you while you grow the chain/franchise. Yes, most of us have to start small in order to expand. Growing slowly will give you the experience you need to adapt so you can increase the volume and size of your business.
Not everyone is wired to operate a large business. Remember that as long as work feels like play you'll enjoy the experience and learn and grow the business. Don't allow the business to take away your fun. Don't allow your dream to become your nightmare.
