The answer is simple. Each year I take on one new woman entrepreneur to coach free of charge with the understanding that her business will become a case study for some of my blogs, my published articles and potential future books on Lessons Learned.

As I coach many of my clients - it is a win-win relationship.

As your business coach I can listen to your business issues objectively and provide feddback from a lifetime of business experience. You can view my bio here or google me and read about me on multiple pages. My job is not to have all the answers...what I do have is all the questions. I quality business coach is able to work with you and help you find the answers to your problems. Not every problem, as you well know, has a solution. But, having an experienced partner to share your thoughts with provides you an outlet that is priceless. No more driving your friends, significant other, (hopefully not) employees, legal counsel, or others crazy with your rantings. A business coach is a team member that is there specifically for your benefit. As your business coach you'll hear the truth - like it or not.

Your final question might be, "so how to I apply and qualify?"

Easy: Here is the criteria for the woman entrepreneur I am looking for:

(1) Since all coaching is done by phone she can be located any place in the United States - but must be willing to work with me in Eastern Standard Time - meaning scheduling calls between 9 a.m. EST to 4 p.m. EST at least once per month.

(2) The business must have at least 3 years of profit and loss statements available for review. More than that is fine, but not required. The business revenues must be at least $250,000 for 2012.

(3) The business must employee a minimum of 3 people. Whether they are full time or part time employees does not matter. Both will be considered.

(4) The business must be a woman-owned and operated business.

(5) The woman entrepreneur must be open to discussing long term exit strategy planning.

(6) The woman entrepreneur must agree that the business coach/entrepreneur relationship formed can be cancelled at any time by either the coach (ME) or the entrepreneur (YOU) if it is not working without any obligation on either part.
