Are Some Women Entrepreneurs Wearing Too Many Hats?
There is no question that operating a small business requires long hours, hard work and many talents. Congratulations to the USA Women's Soccer team! What a tremendous success! Men and women around the country cheered them on to victory and are still celebrating their accomplishment....but, we all know that women in sports are paid for their work at the same, if not less than women in business are. The most important part of the puzzle is that the reward must take you closer to your goal. If you don't have goals for your business than measuring risk vs. reward is just an exercise in futility. Let me explain why.
